By accessing or using the services provided by The Wall Street Limo, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including (but not limited to) passengers, agents, and businesses booking on behalf of passengers. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been approved by one of our representatives and a confirmation email has been sent to you. Please review your confirmation carefully for any necessary adjustments, such as date, time, flight details, drop-off location, or hotel information.
The total amount of the reservation will be processed, and you will receive a payment receipt along with your confirmation. All payments and deposits are fully refundable (minus processing fees) if cancellation is made within the specified time frames.
Our rates vary depending on the type of service, vehicle requested, and distance traveled. Prices are provided at the time of booking and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Child Seats – $15 per seat, available upon request.
Additional Stops – Subject to extra charges depending on route and time.
Luxury Sedans & SUVs
New York City Trips – Cancellations made at least 4 hours before pickup will receive a full refund (minus processing fee).
Outside NYC – Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours before pickup.
S-Class or VIP Sedan – Requires 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Mercedes Executive Sprinters & Sprinter Jet Vans
Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before pickup for a full refund (minus processing fee).
Sedans/SUVs – A 25% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 36 hours of pickup.
Sprinter Vans/Limos – A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 36 hours; full charge applies within 24 hours.
All Vehicles – Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will be charged in full.
Standard Luxury Sedans & SUVs
Cancellation – Full refund (minus processing fee) if canceled at least 24 hours before pickup.
Rescheduling – Free rescheduling up to 4 hours before pickup (subject to availability).
First Class Sedan (e.g., S-Class)
Cancellation – Must be at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund (minus processing fee).
Rescheduling – Free rescheduling up to 4 hours before pickup (subject to availability).
Cancellation – At least 48 hours’ notice required for full refund (minus processing fee).
Rescheduling – Must be made at least 4 hours before pickup (subject to availability).
Executive Sprinters & Sprinter Jet Vans
Cancellation – At least 72 hours before pickup for full refund (minus processing fee).
Rescheduling – Allowed within 24 hours of reservation time (subject to availability).
If a passenger fails to appear within the grace period and has not notified us, the reservation will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.
Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including pickup/drop-off locations, flight details, and special requests. Chauffeurs allow:
15 minutes complimentary wait time for standard pickups.
60 minutes complimentary wait time for airport pickups.
Additional wait time fees apply after the grace period.
Changes and Modifications
Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours before service time. Changes within 24 hours may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
All passengers must wear seatbelts.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers causing damage will be held financially responsible.
The Wall Street Limo reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
Our chauffeurs monitor real-time flight statuses and adjust pickup times accordingly. Passengers must notify us of any cancellations or significant changes to avoid no-show charges.
The Wall Street Limo is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or mechanical issues. Passengers should check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. Lost items will be held for 30 days.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold The Wall Street Limo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of our services.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other approved methods. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Corporate clients may request monthly invoicing.
For security, we may require a valid credit card and matching ID to verify the booking party. In the event of payment disputes, we reserve the right to recharge the original payment method until resolved. Unpaid balances
