General Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the chauffeur services provided by THE WALL STREET LIMO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).By booking and using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website (www.Wallstreet.limo by phone, or by email. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or other written confirmation from us. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up/drop-off locations, dates, times, and contact details. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to a booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Payment and Charges

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash. Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. The quoted price is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for: Excessive wait times Additional stops Tolls, parking fees, and other expenses Damage to the vehicle caused by the client Holiday surcharges “Meet and Greet” services, and other requested extras. Payment Schedule: Payment may be required in advance or upon completion of the service, as specified at the time of booking. Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 10 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full fare. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. No-Shows: Failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up time and location will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.

4. Chauffeur and Vehicle

Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professional and courteous.We expect clients to treat them with respect.

Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard.We are not responsible for delays caused by mechanical failures or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Conduct:Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. We reserve the right to terminate a service if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited in our vehicles.

5. Liability

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, and natural disasters.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timeliness: Clients are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pick-up time and location.

Luggage: Clients are responsible for their luggage.

Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
